Happy Birthday Blog!
It is exactly one year ago today that I created this blog!! Sitting in my apartment in England, I dreamed of traveling the world and having marvelous adventures. Now I return to England, having accomplished everything that I set out to do, and I couldn't be happier to go home!

What an amazing year you have had Lisa...... We all look forward to your safe return and many hours of stories being told over bacon sandwiches and real english tea!!
Your blog is one of the best written and entertaining one's I've come across. Bumpted into it as I'm of to Mermaids myself in a few weeks to follow in your hallowed footsteps !!
Lisa England is going to be very tame after last year. I can understand why home is very attractive just now, but I also wonder how long it will be before itchy feet and the draw of those warm sunsets will get you back on the road again. Evens money it will be less than a year.
Hello, Interestingly have been following your experiances from your first post on scubaboard looking for advise to your final entry on your blog, and interesting found you have spent time only 30 minutes from were we live, dive and play...manzanillo. you of course were in Barra. Kinda wierd feel like a voyuer, but hey thanks for the vicarious experiances. Dont stop moving lest time find you standing still and age overcomes you.
A thirty-two year old film graduate, I have enjoyed various jobs and pastimes, from video production to makeup artist, IT retail assistant to scuba dive instructor; spanning destinations from around the globe including Spain, Thailand, the Caribbean and of course jolly old England. I have dived with sharks, sailed the Pacific, rode horses with Alaskan cowboys and chased lions in Africa. But the biggest adventure so far? On Christmas Eve 2010 I gave birth to my daughter, who will be my greatest achievement of all.

Originally it was "can someone make a living as a dive professional" or something like that on scubaboard, and now I guess you've come full circle.
Is it over? Are you just on to join contemporary society now or just gathering some new steam before setting out again?
